1. Overview

The Juno iX BSX is an industrial operating hours counter and on/off monitor with connectivity options via mioty®, LoRaWAN®, or cellular (e.g., NB‑IoT). It reliably records operating hours and supports the optimization of maintenance cycles by analyzing vibrations or the magnetic field in real time. Thanks to its robust construction and IP69k protection, the Juno iX BSX is ideal for demanding environments and can withstand dust, water, and high pressures.

  • LoRaWAN®, mioty®, or NB-IoT / LTE-CAT-M1 communication
  • IP69k, -25 °C to 85 °C, optionally with temperature and relative humidity sensor (IP67)
  • Reliable operating hour counting based on vibration and/or the magnetic field of electrical machines
  • On/off counting
  • 3-axis magnetic field and vibration sensors
  • Onboard data analysis (FFT)
  • Can be activated with a magnet (no smartphone required) or via NFC
  • Configurable via downlinks, NFC / BLE
  • Adjustable threshold values
  • Replaceable AA cells (LiSOCl₂, see Saft LS14500)
  • Acoustic signal during configuration
