Are you looking for a quick start for the Helios-P?
Here you will find a quick start for the Helios-P
NFC commissioning and location of the NFC tag
Activation takes place via an NFC app. A smartphone is required for this. The app can be downloaded from the respective app stores. Simply search for ‘Sentinum LinQs’ and download the LinQs app.
💡 The LinQs NFC app can be used to set parameters. Please make sure that you know where your NFC reader is located on your mobile device. Depending on the manufacturer and model, the reader may be located at the top, centre or bottom of the mobile device. To reach the NFC tag, set the app to Read, for example, and slowly move your mobile phone along the NFC tag on the sensor from top to bottom.
-
First locate the tag on the sensor and then the reader on your end device. The location of the NFC tag can be found in the following images.
- Open the app and activate the sensor. To simply start the sensor in the basic settings, click on the ‘Activate Sensor’ button in the app's start menu. Now place your end device on the NFC marker of the sensor.
If the sensor is activated, you will see ‘Sensor Updated!’.
You can then continue with the activation of further sensors.
Commissioning without mobile device
💡 If you do not have a smartphone to hand, you can also open the sensor and press the marked switch. Move the switch to the ‘Off’ position, wait at least 10 seconds and then move the switch back to the ‘On’ position. This restarts the sensor and resumes normal operation (for LoRaWAN, for example, starting the join loop)
