Interfaces 

SD Card 

The SentiGate comes with a pre-installed SD card that stores critical system logs and configuration data. Do not remove or eject the SD card, as doing so may lead to data loss or device malfunction.

Antenna Ports
Antenna port availability depends on the specific model and configuration. For instance, models without 4G support will have sealed LTE antenna ports to prevent misuse. Only connect antennas to the labeled active ports for your model

Power Options: DC Input & Battery Plus (Optional)
While SentiGate is primarily powered via PoE, some versions also feature a DC input port that supports 9–24 VDC. This port is designed for use with the Battery Plus system, enabling alternative or backup power sources — ideal for solar-powered or remote deployments.

The DC input is available only on models with Battery Plus support. Please refer to your unit’s specifications to confirm compatibility.

Reset Key Functions

The functions of the Reset key are as follows:

  • Short press: Restart the gateway.
  • Long press (5 seconds and above): Restore default settings.

LED Indicators

The status of the LEDs is described below. Refer to the LED printing on the main board.

  • ON: Link is up
  • OFF: Link is down
  • Flicker: Data is being transferred
LoRa
  • ON: LoRa module 1 status is up
  • OFF: LoRa module 1 status is down
  • Flicker: LoRa module 1 data is being transferred
ACT (LTE)
  • Slow flicker (200 ms bright / 1800 ms dark): Searching for network
  • Slow flicker (200 ms dark / 1800 ms bright): Idle status (online)
  • Fast flicker: Data is being transferred
WLAN AP Mode
  • ON: WLAN status is up
  • Flicker: Data is being transferred
STA Mode
  • Slow flicker (1 Hz): Disconnected
  • ON: Connected
